Just to be curious...any idea what the oldest still open bug is? I've seen some in bugzilla with 4 digit numbers, and some going back to version 3 of Zimbra that are still open.

We don't give any ranking to the age of a bug. We rank them based on:

1) Paying Customer Demand
2) Severity/User impact
3) Votes
4) Simplicity to solve (eg spelling error)

I knew age didn't affect much. I was just curious.

I'd have never guessed it was one over 4 years old though!
