Default [SOLVED] stupid Forum software

The most critical function of a forum is the Search. This forum software will not allow me to search with the word "sent", apparently it is too common of a word. LEAVE THAT TO ME TO DECIDE YOU STUPID COMPUTER. I hate it when computers try to make things easier for people, and fail miserably.

I want to search for threads involving Sent Mail not appearing in Zimbra Desktop. I know this issue has come up before but I might be forced to create my own thread. waste of time.

haha, i completely agree with you. i have so often tried to use the search function only for it to decide my search term is too short or too common i've given up using it.

Bug 31339 – Hire more Support Staff

Hire more Support Staff
Zimbra is now entering mainstream usage, it is critical that the support staff
be extended.

We need at least ONE individual whose job it must be to collect user problems
and file bug reports on their behalf, making sure those bug reports get to the
right people.

This way, user problems are solved faster and without the frustration of a user
having to learn to navigate Bugzilla or phrase his problem in a certain way,
etc.

No offense, but that's lame. You have no idea how many people we get to post in this forum, and host many posts we get per day.

You bug has been closed as it doesn't have anything to do with software.

If you're gonna quote me, don't do it out of context. I've been running these forums for several years now. People here know me and trust me, and know I wouldn't make a comment like that un-warranted.
