iMacros to automate Zimbra mail tasks

I am trying to automate some email tasks for users who are accustom to being able to Click File, Send to.. mail recipient.

I am using Zimbra, Firefox 3.0, and iMacros 6.0.5.4

I am having some difficulty getting macros to work due to inconsistent responses with Zimbra. I have created a basic macro to open a new email, and to add a file attachment. Most attempts the macro will open a new email, but getting it to open the file attachment window is where the macro error occurs.

Anyone have some suggestions on either using iMacros or other methods to automate basic tasks?
