Default [SOLVED] Private Message Spam ?

Don't know if this private message i received should be considered as spam. Anything that should be done ?

@ In_The_Ville: Alot of us did I would assume (mmorse's post shows reason=100 spam PM's)

@Konrad: Thanks for asking the question I and probably many others had - "What should we do / Who should we tell?"

Sorry about that guys. Mike, will you please file a bug to add a cap on the number of private messages that can be sent in a 24 hour period?

What do you think is a good number?

Actually that's 100 'negative' infraction points given - anyways, filed internal bug 28045.
