FSCKED. I sincerely hope Zimbra has an exit/rescue/risefromtheashes plan already waiting, or it's last man out turn off the lights.. |

I really hope something happens such that Zimbra (code, coders, et. al) are kept out of the clutches of Microsoft.

which presumably means no proxy fight, no acquisition... just back to being pseudo-competitors.
If this is the legit story, then, congrats to the board and everyone at Yahoo! on standing up to a big fat bully, on principle, and sticking to your guns despite all the back-seat driving from speculators & stakeholders.
I'm not as militantly anti-MS as some here, apparently, but I, for one, am quite confident Y! is doing the right thing by its stock-holders, no matter how many sue.
In short: Yay! maybe!?...

| Fantastic news! I just sent mail to my IT team here in Madison and now my VP won't be as worried about deploying a mail solution that has the potential to be stepped out by M$.
