    Default Mail delivery failure, message returned to sender

    Hello, was wondering if anyone could assist. I am unable to send any mail. I have made no changes to the original settings. I can receive. I have deleted the account and re-installed. No luck

    I would be grateful for any assistance. Error message below:

    You've not actually given much information about the product in use but you've posted this in the ZImbra Desktop forums - is that what you're using? If not then which product & which release are you using? Without any information, you might want to take a look at some of these results of a search.

    I think here lies your problem - I'm guessing that the contact you have for Tony has the email address set as 'tony' and the display name set as 'tony@blu-prints.com' - you need to switch these round because otherwise it's trying to send to the email address 'tony ' which obviously is not a valid email address, which is generating the failure.
