cannot print forwarded mail
Hi,
recieving forwarded emails send from microsoft exchange server can not be printed. The original mail text where show as an attachment. This attachement gets open in a separate window and shows the "print"-button.
By pressing the button nothing happens.
From the original mail context the header has these attributes:
Content-Type: message/rfc822
Content-Disposition: attachment
X-MimeOLE: Produced By Microsoft Exchange V6.5

And last not lease the "error console" shows a lot of javascript errors, e.g.:

Trying to print from the inbox direcly, every thing works fine.
Please check this, if this could be a bug.
