Help! Can not connect to server/ No se puede conectar con el servidor

Tengo abierto el Zimbra Desktop y quiero enviar un correo me aparece el siguiente error:

Method: SaveDraftRequest
msg: No se puede conectar con el servidor
code: EMPTY_RESPONSE

Lo extraño es que cuando entro por medio de la pagina web o entorno web puedo enviar y recibir correos con normalidad.
