Default bad gateway/internal server error

Can't access my e-mails...I get either a bad gateway 502 message or Internal Server error 500 message - both nginx. No joy from phone technical support - London transferred me to America which promptly hung up...

Which Zimbra product & version are you actually talking about. You've posted in Zimbra Desktop - is that what you're using?
