Hello, could you please elaborate on what the generic IMAP settings are for incoming and outgoing server are? Some of us are not IT managers but just bumbling amateurs! Thanks!

    Try
    For incoming imap.mail.yahoo.com
    port 993 SSL

    For outgoing smtp.mail.yahoo.com
    port 465 SSL

User name is full email address xxxx@yahoo.com

I'd be interested to know if it works with you also!

This is fixed, you can find it here, https://bugzilla.zimbra.com/show_bug.cgi?id=62722

However the fix is for the new release coming soon.

Does this mean we live with the problem until the new release? when is it expected?

Yes, it's caused by yahoo side, so the best we can do is fix it for the next release. I think it's mid Sept.

FWIW, I have the problem with my key account and went and set up a new yahoo account and, using the existing install of Zimbra, was able to send messages. My existing yahoo account is at least 10 years old, so that may be part of it. I too think I may migrate to Gmail instead of Yahoo.
