Zimbra Desktop Mac OS X 7.0.1 - Printing Email

When I click the printer icon, a new window opens with a formatted email but no print link or button. Thankfully a printer dialog appears but didn't ZD2 have button to print another copy?

I have attempted to replicate your scenario. Currently im using Zimbra Desktop 7.0.1 on MAC OS X. When selecting a message then right clicking to print..a new window does appear with a visible print button.

My Print window show a small arrow, pointing downward, next to the selected printer. When i press this drop down more options become available. The amount of copies is among them.

That is the print dialog box I referred to. I thought the new window with the formatted email that is behind the print dialog box itself had a PRINT button. Maybe I am misremembering...

It is possible the older version did contain this feature, but with the new print window, you should be able to perform all of the same functions, if not more, as you did before.

Is there something specific you are attempting to do?
