Outlook zimbra stuck at loading multiple pcs

I have a client that is using outlook 2007 with zimbra connector.


When we open outlook it starts up but hangs at the splash screen for a couple of minutes 10+ then doesnt respond and i do a force close.

With zimbra when i go to mail.01.com/mail-5.01.com it just sits and hangs there at the login splash screen not loading to mail. any suggestions?

edit: this is happening to 2 of her computers same issue
