This typically means that the message is being blocked by antivirus on your PC. If you check the antivirus logs you may see a mention of this file. You can either add an exception in your AV for the C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Application Data\Zimbra\Zimbra Desktop\store directory, or attempt to find the message on the server and delete it.
Based on the info in the error report I can say that the message is in your 'Bulk Mail' folder. You may be able to see the timestamp of the message and it's MIME Message-ID by enabling debug logging in the ZD account setup page. |
