Need assistance.

Can't open my Z/Desktop. Its version 2.0.0. Went to Control Panel for repair and error appear:
"The installer has insufficient privileges to modify this file C:\Program File\ Zimbra\Zimbra Desktop\ win32\ sqlite3.exe"

I tried to install new version 2.0.1 but unable to supersede.

Tried removing the older version from Control Panel but error appear:
"The installer has insufficient privileges to modify this file C:\Program File\ Zimbra\Zimbra Desktop\ win32\ prism\ xulrunner\ mangle.exe"

Kindly assist
