Gmail sync failure due to virus in inbox

Hi all,
I just started using Zimbra and set it up with my Gmail account. While syncing one of my folders AVG gives me a warning about a JS/Redir.AB infection and automatically removes the infected file. Zimbra then refuses to sync any further.
The file in question is %APPDATA%\Local\Zimbra\Zimbra Desktop\store\incoming\very-long-number-###.msg where the ### gets incremented every time Zimbra tries to sync again.

Is there a way to identify this email and remove it through Gmail's web-interface? (or another way to get Zimbra working again )

The debug from Zimbra is posted below (the number after gmail.com seems to be the same type of # as the one in the AVG filename, only larger).
I'm using Zimbra Desktop 2.0.1 on Windows 7 SP1 x64 with AVG Business Edition 9.0.894

Zimbra is syncing again now I found out how to disable sync for the folder containing the virus. Syncing with the virus-folder enabled still fails though.

I tried to delete the message that was older than the last message recieved in the virus-folder, but that didn't work.
