If an E-Mail Template contains a ${value} in the subject, this Template will be
used permanently, not matter what other template you try to select. Logging out
and back in seems to help.

As long as you use Templates without a ${value} in the subject everything is
working fine. As soon as one is selecting a Template with an ${value} in the
subject this particular template will be used again and again.
