Sync Failure

Here is the error I get:

It is no longer syncing back to the server for preferences. I still get email. I have done a ReIndex and that has not helped either. I did the ZD 2.0.1 update and that did not help either. Any suggestions? I do have 2 accounts setup within ZD, one works and the other gets this error. My next step is to uninstall, remove all data and reinstall ZD and sync the account again, but I am trying to not do this.
