I have complete deleted all of my Yahoo contacts and still get it. I cannot seem to find a field called 'custom1' in my Zimbra contacts.

The custom1 field is shown under the Other: section in Zimbra. If you have any values here it could cause this kind of error.

Also, the general problem of address book sync failure due to unknown/unexpected fields is a known bug which is currently scheduled for inclusion in our upcoming 2.0.1 release.

Bug 51545 - Yahoo address book sync fails if more than 3 addresses are added to a given contact

Thumbs up error Continues

Thanks for teh reply. I went throught every contact in my address book and deleted every entry in the Other tab. I am still getting the error. Could there be another field I am missing? I understand it is a known bug but I'd like to repair if possible.

Thanks again.

It is possible that now that you have removed the field part of our code is still trying to push the update back to Yahoo; in other words we are trying to delete the field from Yahoo but getting stuck. The easiest thing to do might be to reset the account in the Zimbra Desktop setup page. This will require you to re-download your data from Yahoo, so depending on how much data you have this could take some time.

Also check if you have any contacts with more than 3 email addresses. Only 3 are allowed for now, until 2.0.1.

Thumbs up Problem Resolved

I followed your recommendations. Limited emails to 2 and reset the desktop.

I exported my address book then imported it into a blank Yahoo contact. I got errors on the import to Yahoo so I exported from Yahoo and compared the 2 cvs files. I found the errors, fixed them and imported back to Zimbra.

So far no more error codes!

Thank you for the help!

Great to hear that! You can actually have 3 emails. More than that and you start having sync problems.
