After three attempts to install the desktop I finally think this is a pure waste of time. I have even used a special program to delete files when deleting all files in the zimbra installations. This is nor the first time I give this program a chance...the same procedure every year..Running vista 32 ndthis time I gave the beta release a chance...no wonder people keep in buying micrtosoft...this is a waste of time..so bad bad..i am exhausted now.
the prgogram just keep on loading loading loading ...indefinite. Cheers

i got same problem with my vps server, use linux (ubuntu 10.04) and Centos 5, both them 64bit.
Any1 know resolve with stuck in start up?

Well I have reinstalled the whole system and it is working now.

zimbra desktop on windows xp pro 32 bit.

The only real problem i have now is that i can´t import adresses from outlook and previous emails from outlook.

I went to thunderbird therefore cause there were easy to import adresss book and previous emails from outlook.

Zimbra should really do something abvout this, it is crucial to import from previous systems...should actually be among the most important things they should do the next month.
This is actually the only thing that stop me from tell people and companies about zimbra! I really mean the only thing thing now...

Hmm should mention that it is importing from thunderbird, that is adress books and eatler emails that i can´t manage to import. i migrated from outlook to thunderbird earlier. I dont think it is possible to export to outlook from thunderbird and then to zimbra from outlook...anyhow I will not do that time consuming test and research.

If i can´t import from thunderbird in the january 2011 I will leave z8mbra to thunderbird for eternity.
