Default IMAP Error 22003: The resulting value is outside the range for the data type INTEGER

I'm just trying Zimbra client for PC in the hopes I can get off Outlook. However, I can not get it to sync with my IMAP account. The message I get is below. The IMAP server is MailEnable 3.61

All help appreciated.

Thanks,

Thom

Which version of ZImbra Desktop is this? If it's not Zimbra Desktop 2 beta 4 then I'd suggest you install and try that, details are in the Zimbra Desktop forum announcement.

I can't see any obvious way of determining what version I've got from the desktop app, but I just downloaded it two days ago, so I would think it's the latest version.

Thanks again,

Thom

Look at the name of the file you've downloaded or there's a 'gear wheel' in the bottom right of the GUI, click on that. If you have windows, click on teh systray icon.

Unless you've specifically downloaded the beta from the announcement p[age in these forums then I doubt you have the beta version.
