zimlets

Zimbra Desktop is 2.0 beta 3 (build 10479) windows server 2003.
I have installed the latest version but none of the zimlets I down load will work. I am using the preference zimlets Install A Zimlet browse to the dl directory and each give
Critical
!Error deploying zimlet.
error box.
It is a little frustrating as there is little or no information about installing zimlets. I had bgun with the earlier version them unitstalled and loaded beta 1 then 2 then 3 and at least there was finally this box under preferences.
Let me know what I am doing wrong.

Actually in the release notes, we did mention that the zimlets on gallery do not yet work with ZD. We are working on solving this problem, or least making it clearer on gallery.
