| | | Zimbra and OS versions Hello, Dirk. Thanks for your reply. Here is the version information I got from Zimbra's desktop About dialog:
Zimbra Desktop 1.0.4 (build 1833)
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:1.9.0.1) Gecko/2008072406 Prism (zdesktop/1.0.4) |

| | | Dirk, I'm also wondering if there's just an easy way to start over with synching. I consider the server to be primary. In some cases, I'd willing delete my local copy of server data, and then resynch with the server. |

| | | Face the same issues as burbanski Hi guys,
I get the same error as burbanski while trying to connect to server with zdesktop, using a zimbra account configured on it.
Dirk and bubanski, any thoughts on this? please get back, thanks! |

| | | Gah, I missed a crucial fact here, this is Zimbra Desktop. When you mentioned syncing, I initially thought you were using ZCS and syncing to an Android or blackberry or iphone. My bad.
I've not much exposure to ZD, but I'd start with Phoenix' suggestion and install the latest beta to see if that helps. Also, I seem to remember a way to force a full sync but cant remember it, I'll have a look around the various threads and see if I can find it. |
