Deleting the settings and fresh install fixed the problem.

Didn't for me. Fresh install with all settings deleted. On creating 14th account the error returned...

Can you attach zdesktop.log? Also, is the error/stack trace the same as what you reported in the original post?

This has been recorded in Bugzilla (Bug 50423: ZD stops working when more than a few accounts are added), and is fixed for the upcoming ZD 2.0 RC1 build.

Thanks for your help in improving Zimbra Desktop!
