[SOLVED] new error maybe

so i dont know if this can be considered an error per say but i keep on getting this pop up that says a script is running low due to low storage capacity.
my laptop has a 250gb storage space of which i still have 100gb of storage left, i noticed this problem i think after i installed twhirl.
it just becomes miserable slow like if i click my inbox it takes a good 30mins(i counted) to load if it does at all.
pls pls pls can someone take this seriously and pls get back to me.

Are you running the standard or beta versions? What OS are you running? Have you tried uninstalling twhirl (And Adobe AIR)?

well good news i shut down and re-started my lap top and everything has been as right as rain, sorry i didnt say sooner.
