hotmail account problem

I am trying to set up my hotmail account in zimbra every time I do I get this.
User account has been denied remote access from this client. Please check account privilages to determine a higher level of service is required. What do I do I really wanna use hotmail account on here and its not working. any help much appreachiated. Everything else works O Im on a mac. Thanks
