update:

the memory error resulted in my desktop showing the default folders plus three under Inbox. After making changes below, I now have all my folders.

edited ~/zdesktop/bin/zdesktop

line 297 where it begins with MAILBOXD_JAVA_OPTIONS

changed -Xms and -Xmx to 256m

From my understanding instead of having java allocated more memory up to -Xmx value just allocate the max and forget about it by setting -Xms and -Xmx to the same value.

Hi, this means you have a very large meeting, either because of attachments or it's a recurring meeting with tons of exceptions.

Do you happen to know which meeting it is? If you do, we'd like to see what kind of meeting it is so we can reproduce it. Thanks!

Default mailbox details

I have several reoccurring appts that do not have end dates. They have been in my calendar prior to using ZD 2 beta 1.

FWIW, we had a situtation here where we had a recurring meeting with lots of exceptions, and where it (the meeting) was updated with different attachments. It could bring the ZCS server to its' knees in trying to process that (or delete it, or edit it).

Thanks for ths heads up. We do have a couple of calendars shared within departments. I'll have to keep a close eye on ours. Not so sure a calendar event is where attachments should reside but I see the convenience of it.
