Default Reporting error messages fails

I have had an ongoing issue in that I tried to delete a folder that cannot be deleted. Consequently I get several errors per hour informing me of the error. When I click on the report error button, all of the emails are bounced stating that it is an invalid address.

1. How do I eliminate the errors.
2. Why are the emails being bounced?

The actual error that I receive is:
