Default Unauthorized Access

Been reading thru a number of posts.

My ZD was fully functional until I clicked on slow connection. I immediately got the Unauthorized Access error. Fortunately, I'm still able to bring it up in a browser.

I don't know exactly what version I have, but I do keep it current.

BTW, the O/S is Win7 Ultimate.

Thanks in advance.

do you see "zimbra_installation_key" in conf\localconfig.xml? the value of the key must match the value of "uri" in zdesktop.webapp\web.ini.

what's the value of uri in your zdesktop.webapp\web.ini?

I don't understand. Are these Registry keys?

Anyway, wonder of wonders, I left the machine alone for a while it suddenly started working again. (There may have been a reboot in there somewhere)

Go figure.

i was referring to two files under your installation directory:

<installation dir>\conf\localconfig.xml
<installation dir>\zdesktop.webapp\webapp.ini

but anyways, i am glad it started working for you.
