Exclamation AOL Spam Folder Sync no longer stays on

Hello. I have been using Zimbra without any major problems for awhile now, and I have recently begun noticing that my AOL Spam Folder no longer stays with the sync turned on. I will turn off after I turn it on, and then I will have an error report for the folder. I will include it after this post. What is causing this? Is there any fix for this? I need the spam folder synced because sometimes we all get mail in there that is not spam and I do not want to miss anything. This just started happening.

From the error you have posted it looks like the server is responding with invalid values for the latest message UID in the /Junk folder. It looks like from the error stack that you are using IMAP to connect to your mail server. Try removing the account and setting it up again. Although this will delete any local cache of the messages, they will not be removed from the server.

Another thing you might look into is it looks like you are using build 1593 of Zimbra Desktop, while the latest available is 1691. You might want to consider updating to the latest version.
