sync error: ""find message failed"

hi,
my exchange server is never shown 'green' and i find this error in the logs:

If the sync is too slow, i open my account in browser sometimes. Deleting a message there is causing this here?

i get all incoming mails and keep sending mails out too.. except that the sync fails.

how do i resolve this?

Yes, that's most likely the cause. If you delete a message before the sync is completed then it will inform you that it's missing, this is only an informational message.

hi phoenix, thanks for replying. But the sync is failing and it is always a 'red' light glowing there. Can someone help me to correct it?
