Please Help - Major Concern! Desktop Will Not Open Anymore...

Zimbra Desktop will not open anymore, and I don't know what to do here...

I noticed that a recent I Tunes update may be causing the issue as I have read, and I did install a new version yesterday.

Java updated this morning and I have to wonder if this is an issue, as well.

I am getting the following error messages:

Please point me in the right direction - I am not a tech wizard, so please walk me through in understandable steps.
