Default Yahoo address book synchronization failed...

Good morning! I need some assistance in deciphering what this error report entails and what I need to do to correct it. This error report is from a friend of mine so I do not have the actual machine in front of me. The error is from a Dell laptop running Windows Vista Home Premium. It appears to be erroring when trying to sync the contacts.

Awaiting good sound advice for the correction. Many thanks in advance!!

Yikes... so I get this error message every single time I sync now, since it started yesterday. Then last night I ran a sync on my blackberry with the blackberry desktop manager, and it wnet and nuked about 10 people from my book, while copying one entry (the most recent entry) ten times!

Can't be sure, but I think there must be some relation... otherwise why all of a sudden I'm I having all these issues with my address book! Thank goodness for back-ups.

Ok, so I noticed that that latest contact I had added (through my yahoo inbox) was being duplicated again - but this time I hadn't synced with my blackberry. I deleted all references to that contact in both my yahoo address book and my zimbra address book, and now the error has disappeared.

Same thing happening here:

Invalid child element. I am unable to sync my contacts anymore

What's funny though is that my calendar synchronization started working again. It's sort of a trade in

EDIT 25.08.09: Calendar Sync is still broken. I have turned off the sync functions for now and the rest works.

I see that this bug is listed as resolved.

What version does the fix show up in? I am running 1.0.2 build 1652 on Windows Vista and I am still getting the error.

Thanks
Pat

It's targetted for Release 2 (before you ask, no date for release yet).
