can't open email "network service error"

Hi,

Let me share to the community the problem that I experienced for quite a couple of times hoping that I will get some tips on how to resolve this problem.

There is an email that I can't open. Upon clicking the email an error prompt occurs. The error is " a network service error has occured". I tried showing the details and it shows:

msg:system failure:java.lang.NullPointerException
code:service.FAILURE
method:ZmCsfeCommand.prototype.invoke
detail:soap:Receiver

We are using the Zimbra Open Source Edition 4.5.10 installed in Fedora 9 server.

Please assist how to resolve this.
