Installation Issue

I tried to install Zimbra Desktop several times, either in US-english or in German. It never worked out. After this I tried to installe the jre even I knew that it is included in the windows package.

I'm running windows xp SP3
You will find the errors messages in the pdf attached

I always get ther error message "Can't access Zimbra desktop server"

Can somebody tell me, what I'm doing wrong?
