My desktop client started hanging on the sync today, so I reinitialized it. that took forever, so I rebooted the machine and then reinstalled Zimbra
I now get this message:
Couldn't access Yahoo! Zimbra Desktop server. If issue persists after reinstall, please check logs for errors and report to Zimbra Desktop - Zimbra - Forums.
not sure what log files or which part I should be showing.
using Vista Home Premium
the zdesktop.out log shows:

1170 INFO [main] security - keystore not present
the zdesktop.log file has a lot of stuff but doesn't appear to have any errors
the logs are all dates shortly after I reinstalled - if I try to open Zimbra again, no messages are written to the logs despite the error message shown on the screen
