Exclamation After installation, Zimbra desktop can't access to server

I I would like to instal Zimbra desktop on Vista. At the end of installation it said that zimlets can't be intalled and then when I would like to open the application i've got these message "can't access to Yahoo zimbra desktop server".

Please sure you have this line in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts:

127.0.0.1 localhost
