I'm running Zdesktop 1.0 build 1537 on Ubuntu 8.10, connectiing to ZCS 5.0.14 on Ubuntu 8.04.

I have been running ZCS 5.0.13 and Build 1507 (I think) without any problems. I exported all my settings out of Zdesktop this evening. Uninstalled ZCS 5.0.13 off the server and did a fresh install of 5.0.14. Then imported the tar ball through the web interface.

I was hoping that Zdesktop would sync the difference, although it seemed to become very confused - creating several folders with the same name with a string of numbers attached. [example: other(2defkgj33957)] So, I killed zdesktop, deleted it and reinstalled the latest Build. Which left me with the error I have now...

I've done a few searches on the subject, hoping to resolve this condition... I came across Bug34438, which seemed to discuss syncing Gmail calendars. I did have a Gmail calendar in my settings which also imported - however I've tried deleting that and syncing without it to no avail.

An interesting note during install I was receiving backtrace errors, even though everything seemed to install properly... the errors:

I am using Sun Java 6, with no other Java engines installed.

Any help would be appreciated... thanks... I'll continue trying to poke this with a stick in the morning, for now I need some sleep...
