Desktop will not run on Vista Home

I've read all the posts regarding this problem but still cannot seem figure this out. I've installed, removed, reinstalled numerous times but every time the program starts to load I get the zimlets failed to inject error. Here is the log:

PLEASE help. Don't want to have purchase Outlook but my husband really needs a program to synch his blackberry to.
