Failure to communicate to remote server (hotmail) - 404 error

YZD Build 1513 - all other accounts work fine.
Last few days, I've notice that hotmail remains red. I continuously notice that the spam mail repeats to get downloaded. I delete it, and it is restored each day I check my hotmail account. As if the delete command is not sent to the hotmail site and so the whole process repeats.

No changes on my end. Yahoo, POP, etc accounts on YZD are doing fine.

Unfortunately it looks like Microsoft disabled contact urls on live.com, but did not remove the url from the login dataset. Either that or the urls changed w/o updating the references which makes contact sync impossible.

I am disabling contact sync now so it will be in the next build (there was also a bug that disabling sync on the UI was ignored)
