Desktop desappears under my MS Vista on Dell studio 1735

I have installed zimbra desktop several times and it desappears regularly. The message is "Impossible d'accéder au serveur Yahoo! Zimbra Desktop. Si ce problème persiste après la réinstallation, veuillez vérifier les erreurs contenues dans le journal et les signaler ici : http://www.zimbra.com/forums/zimbra-desktop." So I notice it on the forum. I wonder if it is a trouble with this PC or this Vista. I use Zimbra on line or with the Desktop on another PC and I don't have troubles.
Any ideas ?
