Default imap service failure

Getting the following error when configuring an IMAP account:

"service.FAILURE: system failure: Unable to connect to IMAP server: DataSource: { id=b015242a-a9ed-4cb8-85a0-e707ea9202a5, type=imap, isEnabled=true, name=CSH, host=mail.csh.rit.edu, port=143, connectionType=cleartext, username=xxxxx, folderId=1 }"

Setups work in the apple mail client so I know something is up with the imap support in Z. Desktop

It looks like we were not able to parse the output from the IMAP LIST command. Could you please go to Account Setup -> Edit and enable the "Debug Logging" option? Click on "Send/Receive" then attach or send me the log file. From that, I will be able to tell what response the server is sending us.
