We'll need to following logs:

<install>/.install4j/installation.log
<install>/log/zdesktop.out
<install>/log/zdesktop.log

Thank You, JJZHuang!
I found /log/zdesktop.out and
/log/zdesktop.log in my Zimbra, but not the file /.install4j/installatio.log
Please, tell me, in which way I can paste or upload this file into my Zimbra/desktop/log/
Thank You and excuse my ignorance!

From the log, I see you have setup both zimbra and yahoo accounts. But there is an error in yahoo address book sync.

Can you disable it for now (in Account Setup, Edit Yahoo account and un-check "Synchronize all contacts and groups")?

By the way, you should have .install4j/installation.log.

File/directory names start with "." (dot files) are hidden in Finder on Mac. You should be able to see them using Terminal; or change Finder default settings to show all files.
