Default Briefcase double folder
If I create a briefcase folder in ZD (1.0RC_1482 on Vista, Firefox 3.0.5) It becomes repeated in the folder list. Syncing to ZCS (5.0.12 Ubuntu 8.04 LTS) works well and shows just one folder. Sync indicator is green. see screenshots attached.
