Default Unauthorized access - can't open zimbra, at all

I saw an earlier thread where someone documented an error with the same wording that occurred when trying to access Zimbra from a browser. I am now getting the 'unauthorized access' error when I try to open Zimbra right from my desktop. I can't get into the program at all.

Sir, you don't understand what I said. I can't get into Zimbra at all. I can't get to account setup. I can't get into any part of Zimbra Desktop. This error occurs any time I try to to open the program.

I forgot to note, the program went into some sort of automatic upgrade, then this started happening.

sorry about the misunderstanding. which version/build you are running?

did you just upgrade to 1.0? if that's the case, which build you were running before the upgrade?

can you zip up this file and post it here?

.install4j/installation.log

I have no such directory and file under my Yahoo Zimbra directory and subdirectories. Has the program become corrupted and does it need to be reinstalled?

for default install locations please see Yahoo! Zimbra Desktop FAQ - Zimbra :: Wiki

first thing is to find the install folder. then please look for two files: <install>/zdesktop.webapp/webapp.ini and <install>/conf/localconfig.xml. please provide those two files. thanks!
