Sent folder date sorting is ignoring the Year

The messages in my Sent box are sorted by the date sent, but emails that I sent 2 years ago are showing up right next to ones I sent yesterday, since they appear to be sorting without considering the year.

Note: It appears to work fine in my inbox, and in my other folders.
