Default Zimbra desktop not getting email from server

My Vista based laptop stopped accessing isp mail server yesterday. Sample of today's log follows:

Any idea what caused problem? Has worked fine for many months.

We currently don't support POP server that don't support the UIDL extension.

Bug 30643 – Optional Support to disable UIDL-Requirement for POP3 Servers

Default Continue - problem accessing pop mail server

As I noted, I've been using Zimbra to access this mail server for many months and there has been no problem and no log messages abou UIDL support prior to the last couple of days. That message appears to be a red herring.

From the error you posted that's exactly what it was. Could it be possible that the server settings of this POP server changed?
