Default Local Folders: "Create a new folder here" link not working

Using Zimbra Desktop on a Mac. (version and system info below)

I am trying to create a local folder,
and with "Local Folders" selected, the preview pane has...

Create a new folder here for archiving messages,
or you can drag-n-drop an entire folder under "Local Folders".

where "Create a new folder here" is underlined and mouse pointer changes to the hand, from the arrow.

If I click on it, it gets the rectangle box around the link, like its active, but it does not produce the window to create a new folder.

If I right click on "Create a new folder here", it gives me the option to Copy Link. but If I paste the "Copied Link" I get
javascript:;

Right Clicking on "Local Folders" and selecting New Folder does produce the Create New Folder window.

Using,
Yahoo ! Zimbra Desktop 0.92 (build1433)
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.4; en-US; rv:1.9.0.1) Gecko/2008072406 Prism (zdesktop/0.92)

on a MacBookPro, 10.4.11 2.2G Intel
