zimbra 0.92 not syncing folder inside inbox which inturn has another folder

Yes, it is a fresh new install.

This is an image of the right-click menu on one of the folders with sub-folders:

Searching through the log files, I noticed that Zimbra considers all these parent folders as exempt from syncing. There are entries of this type:

log/zdesktop.log.2009-01-09:2009-01-09 07:53:49,749 DEBUG [mid=2] [] datasource - Local folder '/Inbox/compstuff': Synchronization disabled for this folder

So there are two questions: Why does Zimbra believe this? And how can the sync flag be changed for these folders, seeing as there is no option to do this in the menu?

2009-02-03 10:28:32,299 DEBUG [btpool0-2] [mid=8;] datasource - Local folder '/Notes': SyncState = {lastUid=0,exists=0,unseen=-1,lastModSeq=21379} 2009-02-03 10:28:32,796 DEBUG [btpool0-2] [mid=8;] datasource - Local folder '/Inbox/isone-reports': Synchronization disabled for this folder

this isone-reports folder has a folder inside it called Ticket which is synchronized properly. Problem is with this isone-reports folder.
It simply does not have Turn Sync OFF/ON option on the context menu.

I use zimbra 0.92 build 1433
