Can't save free busy time rights

Just installed Desktop 0.91 build 1344. Using Windows XP, I went to preferences to specify who could see my free/busy time in my Yahoo email account. I got an error about unable to save to ...\zdesktop/conf/rights.

It looks like it is confused about OS directory structure.
