attachment problems

When I try to discharge a mail of the zimbra desktop appears me the following error:

As I can make to correct it?

Can you be more specific about the steps you took in deleting that message? What version/build you are running, on what platform? Thanks.

well I open the message and if comes with attachment I try him to discharge and the error appears:

I am using in windows

what type of account you have? (yahoo, gmail, etc.), and what type of attachment you have? (pdf, jpeg, etc.)

I have brinkster account!! and all type of attachment!! do you speack spanish?

No I don't. So you are running a Spanish (es) locale for zdesktop?

I have the same problem with all kind of attachments and also with the suitcase "maletin" in spanish

I receive the following error message

I'm running ubuntu 8.10 x 64 bits in my pc in spanish, my email account is yahoo.com

I have tried this

please try this workaround (assuming your locale is en-US):

1) locate <installdir>/win32/prism/extensions/prism-runtime@developer.mozilla.org/chrome/en-US/branding/brand.dtd

2) add these two lines to the end of brand.dtd:

<!ENTITY saveFile.label "Save to Disk">
<!ENTITY saveFile.accesskey "s">

3) quit zdesktop by right-clicking on systray icon->Quit

4) start zdesktop

I think it does not work becouse

zimbra/zdesktop/linux/prism/extensions/prism-runtime@developer.mozilla.org/chrome/es/branding/brand.dtd

already have this modifications

doubedou, i did what you said i put the two commands in the brand.dtd file and now i've another error when i try to download an attachment:

<description id="settingsChange" hidden="true">&settingsChangeOptions.label;</description>
